Using Variables in Video Templates
Hey there,
Iām David, from JSON2Video (the video editing API).
I've something cool you can use: The API now supports variables.
This means you can define a variable in the root of the JSON and then re-use it in the template. For example:
Why you'll love Variables:
- Simplicity: Keep your video templates neat and tidy. Just set your data once and use it wherever needed.
- Efficiency: Say goodbye to repeating the same info. Set it once, use it many times.
- Flexibility: Perfect for connecting with no-code tools like Zapier and Make. You'll be integrating and automating like a pro!
And guess what? The template editor is totally on board with Variables. It means you can set default values for your Variables right in the editor. Making your video template has never been easier.
Curious to see how it works? Dive into our tutorial at Learn More About Variables and see more examples.
Can't wait to see the amazing videos you'll create with this new feature!
Please, š give me your feedback.
Happy video making,
David
